Charles Norton is past President of The National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters (NACA). He has thirty two years in the insurance, construction and adjusting business. Charles is currently liscened in the following states: Kentucky, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Alabama.
He is very experienced in residential and all types of small and large commercial losses, including business interruption. He will be glad to serve your company as an individual adjuster or even put together a team of experienced adjusters for you.
Charles and his wife Denise, who is also a licensed adjuster, work as a team and are at home anxiously awaiting a deployment call from you. They are able to receive claim assignments via email or fax while in transit and can call and schedule appointments while on the road so they are able to start making inspections as soon as they arrive at the catastrophe.
